Penis enlargement pills don't work and I will show you why.
Below I have
compiled a list of most of the common ingredients in penis
enlargement pills on the market today. It is one of the most
comprehensive lists on the Net. All are herbal extracts and
compounds from natural sources. You will note that not one
has listed as a benefit, "penis enlargement" or "penis
growth". Your penis will not grow with inches.
You will not get a bigger penis.
Just like any other medication the effects and side effects
of these herbs will differ from person to person. The
effectiveness depends on many factors including your own
physiology, metabolism, tolerance and physical condition.
But this is only part of the equation. You need to look not
just at the ingredients themselves, but also at the
quantities, quality and the manufacturing of these pills as
well.
Please read carefully through the list below. There are two
common themes that stand out from all these ingredients. One
is that a number of the ingredients are designed to
"increase blood flow to the penis". The other is that
most are related to "sexual enhancement" or an
"increase in libido" or as an "aphrodisiac".
You will find that most if not all these ingredients are
herbal remedies from various parts in the world, purported
to "increase sexual performance". Now if these pills worked
as they should, concluding from their ingredients, shouldn't
they be sold as "libido enhancers"? There is not a single
ingredient in any one of the pills on the market that has as
either as a primary or even secondary benefit actual "penis
growth". At best they will "increase your desire and
sexual stamina". In other words, increase your libido. Now
this is fine if this is what you are looking for. But
increase your penis size with inches? Unless your penis size
is directly correlated in inches with the level of your
libido, then these pills will not make your penis grow
bigger.
Ok, the best of them may increase blood flow to the penis.
But that in it self will not enlarge your penis permanently.
Certainly not with the 1 - 4 inches claimed by most pill
vendors. All it will do is give you harder and "fuller"
erections at best. In it self maybe not an "undesirable"
effect if that is what you are looking for. But penis
enlargement? Inches? No ingredient of any penis enlargement
pill anywhere on the market will permanently increase your
penis size. At best it will look fuller and thicker during
the flaccid state, because of the dilated blood vessels
allowing more blood in the penis, but this will go away as
soon as the effect of herb that has caused this wears off.
Common Ingredients Of Penis Enlargement Pills: Read Carefuly.
Apigenin and Amla - Apigenin is a citrus bioflavonoid
used primarily in the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Amla is the world's richest source of Vitamin C.

incredibly beneficial trait during sex.
Astragalus (astragalus membranceous) - The roots of
this plant are harvested in northern China and Mongolia.
Astragalus is known for it's normalizing effects on the
body's functions. Modern research confirms it also supports
immune defenses.

proper male nutrition as well as
maintaining proper blood levels of estradiol, which is a
precursor of estrogen. Estrogen is a sex hormone that must
be regulated to insure maximum male sexual performance.
Bladderwrack - A type of seaweed found on the
Atlantic and Pacific coasts, Bladderwrack promotes thyroid
health and is also used in cases of high cholesterol,
arteriosclerosis, overweight, and exhaustion. A healthy
thyroid streamlines the metabolism making it more efficient
and effective. Healthy metabolism is an integral part of
both penis enlargement and sexual health.
Catuaba Bark (erythroxylum catuaba) - Catuaba has a
long history in herbal medicine as a male 'strengthener' and
aphrodisiac. The Tupi Indians in Brazil first discovered the
qualities of the Catuaba plant and over the last centuries,
have composed many songs praising its wonders.
Cayenne (capsicum frutescens) - Has been used in
India for decades for its powerful stimulant effects.
Additionally, this plant helps to dilate blood vessels, thus
leading to harder more attainable erections. This plant is
another must for any man wanting to maximize his sexual
performance
Cowhage - With a lengthy history in Ayurvedic
medecine, Cowhage has long been used as an aphrodisiac.
Cowhage also contains the chemical L-dopa, the precursor to
dopamine in the brain. Dopamine, or "pleasure chemical"
controls the brain's and body pleasure centers. L-dopa works
to elevate dopamine levels which then have an astounding
effect on the body. Testosterone levels are elevated, as are
human growth hormone production and mood. All of this
translates to a higher libido, greater sensuality and
greater sexual prowess.
Cuscuta (cuscuta spp.) - Cuscuta is frequently used
in long-term tonic programs, most commonly to strengthen the
uro-genital functions. It is used to treat premature

the entire body. Ginkgo is gaining recognition in the life
sciences.
Ginseng (eleutherococcus senticosus) - Commonly used
by athletes for overall body strengthening, Ginseng
fortifies the adrenal gland, and promotes healthy
circulation. It increases the conversion rate of sugars into
the necessary substrates for the formation of fatty acids in
the liver.
Hawthorn(e) Berry (fructus crataegi) - This
phytochemical, with exceptional preventive
capacities, comes from the hawthorn tree. Hawthorn is rich
in bioflavonoids, which relax and dilate the arteries. These
compounds arepowerful antioxidants that help increase the
flow of blood and oxygen.
Herba Epimedii (herba epimedii) - Has been shown to
stimulate the supra renal glands, and triggers the increased
hormonal secretions. Research has shown this herb to
increase male sperm count and semen density substantially.
Herba Epimedii also expands the circulatory system's blood
vessels.
Horny Goat Weed - Behind the funny name of horny goat
weed stands a time-tested aphrodisiac that increases libido
in men and women, and improves erectile function in men.
Known also as Epimedium or Yin Yang Huo, horny goat weed was
first described in ancient classical Chinese medicinal
texts.
L-Arginine - Increases nitric oxide release, which
prolongs erections through coronary vasodilation. Nitric
oxide also relaxes vascular smooth muscle via
parasympathetic stimulation, which allows blood to flow to
the penis and reach erection rapidly. Arginine, a protein
amino acid, is the precursor to nitric oxide in the body.
Maca (lepidium meyenii) - Is a plant grown in Peru
that produces a radish-like root that is responsible for its
sex-enhancing ability. In studies, subjects given maca
experienced greater sexual satisfaction, increased energy,
and stamina. This plant has long been used for restoration.
Momordica - Along with existing as an incredible aid
to those with diabetes and indigestion, Momordica has also

testosterone levels. It's a fantastic source of Vitamin C
and in studies in rats, it has been shown to promote
antispermatogenesis, acting as a natural contraceptive.
Muira Puama (ptychopetalum olacoides) - The root of
this shrub, native to Brazil, has been proven in a sexology
study in Paris, France to increases libido as well as helps
patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). In fact,
preliminary research suggests that Muira Pauma is one of the
best botanic herbs available for ED.
Musli - Found in the South-Eastern part of India,
Musli is a safe and natural aphrodisiac used in Ayurvedic
medicine and Chinese traditional medicine. It has been
touted by some as a natural alternative to Viagra and is
hailed for it's many beneficial qualities.
Niacin - Is a water-soluble vitamin necessary for
many aspects of health, growth, and reproduction. It is part
of the vitamin B complex. Niacin assists in the functioning
of the digestive system, skin, and nerves. It is also

bovine testes and is proven to increase testosterone levels
without harmful steroids.

as an aphrodisiac, flavanoids in oyster meat have been shown
to stimulate the reproductive system.
Pumpkin Seed (cucurbita pepo) - Pumpkin seed is
commonly used to strengthen the prostate gland and promote
male hormone function. Myosin, an amino acid found in
pumpkin seeds, is known to be essential for muscular
contractions.

boasting anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral,
anti-bacterial, and antioxidant properties, reishi is known
to lift the mood and increase one's sense of spirit and
vitality.
Sarsparilla (smilax officinalis) - Found along the
coast of Peru, Sarsparilla aids in the
production of testosterone and progesterone.
Saw Palmetto Berry (fructus serenoae) - Native
Americans and early American settlers used Saw Palmetto to
treat problems associated with the genitals, urinary tract
and reproductive system. This herb is called the "plant
catheter" due to its therapeutic effect on the neck of the
bladder.
Shatavari - Acting as a full system tonic, Shatarvi
has also been shown to aid males suffering from sexual
debility and impotence. Overall, it has a calming affect on
the body, stabilizing body weight, decreasing nervousness
and promoting healthy sleep.
Taj and Safflower: Taj and Safflower are both
vasodilators, meaning they open up the blood vessels to
encourage more bloodflow. In other words, they can increase
blood flow to the penis, causing an erection to occur. This
expansion of the vascular spaces of the penis reduce blood
outflow, thus sustaining the length of an erection.
Tongkat Ali - Found in the rainforests of Southeast
Asia, this amazing root is shown in numerous animal studies
to improve sexual quality and motivation (libido).
Malaysians know Tongkat Ali for it's energy producing and
sensuality enhancing qualities. In one study by the School
of Pharmaceutical Sciences (University of Science Malaysia),
results showed a significant enhancement in the sexual
qualities of middle-aged rats. In humans, the roots
properties induce both physical and sexual performance.
Tribulus and Cordyceps - Both of these agents
increase testosterone production. Tribulus contains an
active ingredient known as protodioscin. Protodioscin
increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone. This
hormone, in turn, regulates the secretion of testosterone in
the testicles.
Cordyceps works in much the same way. In a study of mice
given cordyceps, testosterone levels were significantly
increased in both 3-day and 7-day trials. Testosterone is
directly responsible for the development and maintenance of
sex drive in males.
Zinc (gluconate) - Zinc aids in sperm motility and
quality. It is also is very important in the metabolism of
testosterone. Zinc, in the form of zinc gluconate, is more
easily tolerated than other forms.
Have you seen a single ingredient in this list that has
"penis growth" listed as one of it's benefits? At best
they could be used as aphrodisiacs, libido enhancers or in
the best case as herbal treatments for ED. They may help and
encourage you to have an erection, even a "fuller" and
"harder" one but not a bigger one by inches.
What worries me is that very little if any penis enlargement
pill has a "warning" or side effect list. They all if not
most recommend that you take the pills daily for up to six
months. Has any of these vendor's studied the long term side
effects of taking these herbs?
Conclusion
These pills won't give you a bigger penis. They
will not make your penis grow. Just like you don't
find pills that make your legs or arms grow longer, just so
you just don't find pills that make your penis grow.
